The Site

Galmpton Touring Park is set in the most beautiful and spectacular part of South Devon, with views over the broadest reaches of the River Dart, occupying a delightful rural position in a quiet and private location, with pitches arranged to take maximum advantage of the view.

Central to Brixham, Paignton, Torquay, Totnes and Dartmouth, the Park is terraced to provide many level pitch areas. For an even more luxurious stay why not upgrade to a serviced pitch, which includes electric hook-up, water connection & grey waste.

We have a variety of pitches: non electric, hardstand electric, or Service for caravans, motorhomes and tents. We have a total of 47 hardstanding pitches to provide a good base for you should we encounter the typically British Summer.

We are a quiet family and couples park where customers come to take advantage of the stunning views and beautiful surrounding countryside. Galmpton Touring Park is a walkers, cyclists and boaters paradise with a large beautiful area to explore. It also caters for those wishing to advantage of the many tourist wonders of the area and provides the perfect base with numerous modes of local transport such as the steam train and ferry boats just down the road.

Our site facilities include a large shower & toilet block. We also have a pot wash and laundry room. For the small children we have a wonderful play area with slide, swings and Pirate boat to keep them occupied. We have outdoor table tennis, badminton nets & bats for sale in our shop, along with crabbing kits.

Our Office & small Park Shop is open daily for all queries, information and bookings.

Our Park shop sells all your essentials, plus cold drinks, sweets and local ice creams for those sunny days! We also offer a range of camping kit essentials should you leave anything behind!

We have a dedicated information section packed full of local tourist attraction information, places to visit, of which there are plenty & ferry boat timetables. We are also more than happy to tell you of a few of our favourite places to visit, just come and ask!
