Coronavirus Booking Promise – T & C’s


      • We must receive cancellation of your booking in writing. Please email no later than the 17th June 2020 for us to process you a full refund.
      • Our opening date is subject to change by the Government.
      • Should we be unable to open our holiday park, we will refund you in full.
      • If we are unable to move your booking to your chosen dates in 2021, we will refund you in full.
      • Any moved bookings to the 2021 season, will be charged at the 2021 tariff price.
      • No specific pitch requests can be met at this time.
      • Please provide a copy of medical certification if you are unable to take your booking due to you or any person in your booking party contracting Covid 19.
