To make a booking we require a non-refundable £25 deposit for each week or part week booked. We cannot hold a pitch without a deposit.

The balance for your holiday is due 28 days before your holiday commences. If we do not receive this, your holiday will be cancelled and your deposit is non-refundable.

Our pitches are designed to take different sized units. We cannot therefore make a booking for you, without knowing the size of your motorhome / caravan / tent / awning. Please have this information ready for us at time of booking online or when you call. Please be aware if your unit is larger than you have informed us, we may not be able to accommodate you for your holiday. Please call us in advance if the size of your unit differs from what you have told us at the time of booking.

Please note, the view from each individual pitch is changeable throughout the season & we cannot guarantee a specific view from your pitch.

We have an automated barrier and height barrier, on first arriving you must report to reception to gain access to the park. Please ensure you have £10 cash deposit for your barrier key fob to allow you access in and out of the park. Our height barrier is in place from 8pm to 8am. We do not accept any arrivals after 8pm. Please note, at certain times the barrier may be down during the day and you will need to contact reception to have it lifted.

We recommend you take Holiday Insurance as we do not refund cancellations in any circumstance.

1. We reserve the right to change your pitch location at any time. Although we always endeavour to meet specific pitch location requests, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE that your request for a specific pitch will be met, nor for multiple unit bookings, that you will be sited next to each other.

2. Our height restriction barrier is in place from 8pm to 8am for security. If you are leaving later than 8pm you must park the other side of the barrier before it closes, so that you can depart. Please note, at certain times the barrier may be down during the day and you will need to contact reception to have it lifted. If the barrier is in place, please DO NOT attempt to drive through it as you will be charged for any damage.

3. ARRIVALS from 12pm – your pitch fee covers you from 12pm on the date of your arrival and NOT BEFORE. Please do not arrive prior to 12pm. DEPARTURES at 10am PROMPTLY please! Late arrivals should call the Warden’s number upon arrival to be pitched – the number can be found on the board outside reception.

We do not accept any arrivals after 8pm or dusk if earlier. Arrivals after 8pm must park overnight at the entrance side of the electric barrier and wait until 9am when reception opens to be pitched.
